What you're buying
Test pack ($1,500) — 3 booked meetings with SaaS prospects matching the ICP you describe in your brief. Each meeting comes with the prospect's qualification context (signals, funding, AWS stack indicators). Delivery within 21 calendar days of brief submission.
Pay-per-meeting ($500) — same deliverable, no commitment, you pay per meeting that occurs.
Retainer ($4,500/mo) — 10 meetings guaranteed per calendar month. Effective rate $450/meeting.
What "booked meeting" means
A "booked meeting" is a calendar-confirmed conversation between you and a prospect at a mutually-agreed time. Both parties confirm before the time is locked. We send invites to both parties.
Our guarantees (binding)
- No-show replacement — if the prospect does not show up within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, we book another meeting at no charge.
- ICP-mismatch replacement — if a delivered prospect does not match the ICP described in your brief, we replace them at no charge.
- Refund threshold — under 2 in 30 days — if we deliver fewer than 2 booked meetings within 30 calendar days of receiving your brief, full refund of $1,500.
- Refund threshold — ICP fit under 50% — if less than half of delivered prospects match your agreed ICP, 50% refund ($750).
What we do NOT guarantee
- That meetings will convert to closed deals (that depends on your sales process)
- That prospects will buy from you
- Specific industries or company sizes beyond what we agreed in your brief
- Refunds outside the conditions listed above
Brief & ICP changes
You can update your ICP brief at any time by emailing the new version to joe@trypipefuse.com. Changes apply to future sourcing, not retroactively to prospects already identified.
Async only
All communication is async via email. We do not take phone calls, video meetings, or "quick syncs" for delivery operations. If you require live calls as part of the engagement, this service is not for you — we will refund any payment in full before any work begins.
Cancellation
Pay-per-meeting and retainer engagements can be cancelled at any time by emailing us. No notice period. You owe for completed meetings only.
Test pack is one-shot — cancellation possible only before brief submission. After brief submission, refund only under the conditions listed in "Our guarantees" above.
Limitation of liability
Pipefuse's total liability under any engagement is capped at the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim. We provide outbound prospecting services — not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. We are not responsible for the outcome of meetings or any business decisions resulting from them.
Confidentiality
Your brief is confidential. We do not share it with other Pipefuse customers, partners, or any third party. Prospects we identify for you are reserved for your account during the active engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of France (where Pipefuse is operated from). Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Paris, France, unless mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction states otherwise.
Updates
If we change these terms, we notify active customers by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. You can refuse the change and end the engagement at that point — no penalty.
