Pipefuse is a one-operator outbound service for AWS Cost Optimization agencies. We collect the minimum data needed to deliver booked meetings and operate the business. This page tells you what we collect, why, and what we never do.
What we collect
- Brief data — the ICP brief you submit via our form (deal size, verticals, expertise, etc.) is used only to source prospects matching what you described.
- Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see, store, or process credit-card numbers. Stripe sends us the customer name, email, and transaction reference.
- Email correspondence — when you reply to any email from Joe or pipefuse, we keep the thread for context.
- Public data on prospects we identify for you — company name, website, public LinkedIn profile, publicly disclosed funding, public job posts. We do not collect or store private contact information beyond what is needed to book a meeting.
What we never do
- Sell, rent, or share your brief data with any third party
- Use your brief to source prospects for other Pipefuse customers
- Send you marketing emails outside the scope of your booked engagement
- Store credit-card data on our infrastructure
- Track you across the web
How we use your data
Your brief is used solely to filter the SaaS prospects we surface for you. Each prospect identified for you is reserved for your account — we never present the same prospect to multiple Pipefuse customers in overlapping windows.
Where we store it
Data is stored in encrypted databases hosted in the EU (Cloudflare, Supabase EU region). Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS only. We do not maintain copies of your data outside of these systems.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your brief and all related records at any time by emailing joe@trypipefuse.com. We will delete within 7 days and confirm in writing. Payment records are retained for legal and tax purposes for the duration required by applicable law.
Cookies
This site uses no analytics cookies, no tracking pixels, and no third-party scripts beyond Google Fonts (for typography). We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any advertising network.
